It’s a nice size black bag that easily fits on either the front or rear rack of my Foreman ATV and attaches with Velcro straps. The bag is a fairly durable nylon material with a hard bottomed seat cushion laid inside for stability and for a passenger to sit on if the bag is empty. On the very first run, most of the Velcro straps tore off as they were not sewn on very strong. An easy and effective fix was to make small incisions in the bag and use 2 bungee cords inside the bottom of the bag to secure it to the rack. This still makes the bag quick to remove, does not squat the contents nor block access to the zipper. This modification may have reduced its water resistance a little, but the bag isn't water proof any way, more water resistant!

I recently returned from a 3 day ATV camping trip using the bag, and I was very pleased with it. It was completely full and kept the contents dust free and if it rained the contents would be fairly dry. Any item that had to stay dry was put in a plastic bag and placed in the rack bag.

For normal short trips the bag easily fits my bulky recovery straps, winch accessory kit, air compressor, long snorkel, snacks, trouting gear and a cooler bag for beverages. So once again I am pleased with another cheap princess auto product, there are certainly fancier products out there but this unit does the job for me and the value cannot be beat!
