With a significant snowstorm on the way I decided to take advantage of a beautiful sunny albeit freezing cold day earlier this week to head down the Southern Shore for a little ATV rip.

I've been truck-sitting my father's pickup for the last couple weeks so I loaded Project Foreman aboard his F-150 for today's adventure.

One of my primary goals today was to collect all of my cellular game cameras put out earlier this summer ahead of big game hunting season. It's been another great year receiving live moose pics and videos, I'll have a post put together soon.

With all the rain we've received lately it's great to see that ponds, streams and bogs have returned to normal. Everything was severely dried out during the drought this year.

Same puddle back in July, this was the first time I ever found this small spring bone dry.

Despite being quite cold today the ride was absolutely fantastic. With my last major pre-winter job complete it's time to come on with the snow!
